Don’t let summer slide happen—even in cosmetics. The Society of Cosmetics Chemists (SCC) is hosting several courses over the summer months, covering critical areas of formulation, including a new course on skin care raw materials. The courses, which will be held at the SCC’s headquarter office in New York City, include: • Preservatives—July 8, 2015; • Surfactants—July 15, 2015; • Practical Basic & Theory in Emulsion Technology—Aug. 17, 2015; and • Cosmetic Raw Materials For Skin Care Products—Aug. 24-25, 2015.
